How tracking works
Follow your order, step by step
Enter the Order ID from your order confirmation (it starts with NV-). You will see your items, payment status and a live delivery timeline — Placed, Confirmed, Shipped and Delivered — that updates automatically whenever the store updates your order.
NORVE delivers all across Pakistan in 2–4 working days. Delivery is FREE on orders over Rs 8,000, otherwise Rs 250. Prepaid orders are confirmed after payment verification; Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed right away.
